It's premiere time! Are you ready?!
Here is the world premiere of The Summer Hothouse Editorial session!
This session has been on my "editorial session" bucket list forever, and I'm beyond blessed to have been finally able to capture what I've been envisioning all these years!
Summer Hothouse Inspiration
So where did i get the inspiration for this shoot? I watched a music video called Hothouse by 78Violet. The storytelling in that video struck me, and inspired me to have my own greenhouse shoot!
I almost didn't have the editorial shoot, due to trouble with scheduling, but when I found the perfect dresses hanging on the clothing rack in the store, I knew I was meant to shoot this session!
And once I found the location, and the dresses, I instantly knew I needed Summer to model for me! I am beyond thankful she said yes to modeling for me, because I had so much fun on our shoot, plus just look at all of this gorgeousness she radiates :)
Once that was all in place, I knew I needed Courtney M. to work her editorial magic and do the hair/makeup for this shoot. And of course, she created some magic with these looks!!
And Summer was beyond amazing to work with! She is such a gorgeous girl, inside and out! (not to mention, super kind to have put up with me all afternoon as I made her run through the greenhouse rows, and stop randomly as I found the perfect patch of light!)
Oh my gosh, seriously, my heart is singing after this shoot! So many amazing images and videos and I am beyond blessed to have been able to pull this shoot together and visually tell this story that has been buzzing around in my mind!
